Poor poor service!!

I took my car to Lombard tyres to have the wheel balancing done due to a vibration I felt on the car, I was notified that the lower control arm bushes are worn and needs to be replaced. I then booked my car with Audi Westrand (Opp Clearwater Mall) to have the bushes replaced. I was told the bushes were fine and they only have to tighten the chassis slightly and problem was solved. I went home and felt the vibration was still there and made a booking again, this time to fit 2 new tyres at the back with alignment and air-con regas and to see what was causing the vibration. I have not had one phone call the whole day, I then phoned Audi and Thili told me that the tyres arrived late, when asked why they have not ordered the tyres prior to my booking, she said Ayanda was off sick and she was not aware. An hour later she phoned to say my car was ready. I request to her they make double sure it was taken for a test drive to ensure it was fixed, she confirmed it was. Following day (today) nobody phoned me, I phoned and spoke to Shaun who told me the rims are buckled hence the vibration. Why was this not picked up when they did the balancing? I'm disgusted with their service.
