Pathatic service ever

So disappointed in this dealership my has been to the dealership 4 times already with the same problem they can't fix. It all started when the sunroof did not want to close took it in they fixed it ever since the car has an annoying rattle on the roof whenever you drive. ive been patient with them did not have any transportation from and to work had to make means but seems like they dont know what they are doing. I think guessing games is what they good at because even the previous car i had to trade in because they were busy replacing stuff thats not faulty saying they have to troubleshooting at that time im the one paying for their guessing work, i really don't think its fair. There's so much complaints that i have with that dealer not even funny anymore. Even spend a year while waiting for my sun viser to be replaced i mean thats not servicing clients

Now i requested proof of trade in docs on the 9th was told they gona look for them then send it the very same week till this day i haven't received anything send an email asking what's happening no reply. What do i need to do as a client?? Paid so much money for the car yet i still need to beg for service? Is that how Audi center westrand operate ? Well that's a horrible after service that you guys give infact pathatic.
