Negligence!!!

I am disgusted by the service we got from Audi Westrand looking at the reviews i am not surprised at all They took our car for a service Had it all day and neglected to do the actual service that was meant to be done They called said the car was ready only to find that the service was not done We use money to get to their dealer They never even have cars to return you to your destination after you drop off the car As we speak they had to change a globe on the the light They did but somehow the whole light got ruined Now we are stuck with a ruined light They are still debating on what to do amongst themselved Then there is the incredible part that really ****ed me off After they finally did the service we drove the car home The car was driving so bad and making a funny sound I went to work in Midrand a very long distance With a car that drove terribly, it was struggling to start I have my fair share of experience with cars so i could tell that it was a battery which was shocking as this car battery is relatively new and it never gave me issues before the last service. I got home took my children to the park, after the park the car flat out refused to start. I was stuck in the park as it started getting dark suspicious men kept coming to us asking for lights luckily my husband arrived We looked at the battery and realized that it was a wrong battery a small strange looking battery deffinitely not ours My children and I could have been ****d, ****** or killed in the park due to Audi Westrand's technician who did the service. Throughout all this craziness only one lady gave us great customer Service Lebo. I will never recommend this garage to anyone. Such negligence!!!
