Mduduzi is a TRUE Brand ambassador!

I just want to thank both Audi assist (Llewellyn and Yolande) and Mduduzi from Audi centre Westrand for the excellent and efficient service! My A3's battery died suddenly whilst we were out last night, we called Audi Assist and was helped by Yolande who immediately got hold of a tech (Mduduzi) We didn't even wait 20 min and he was there. With a smile and very efficient. He got the car going so we could get home. He said he will come through in the morning to get the car started and then take me to the dealership, which he did. I waited a maximum of an hour (if that) and all was fixed. He is a true brand ambassador and listens to his clients needs. Because I work for myself, I have constant appointments and needing my car is essential. He made sure that at 08:20am I had my car back, fully functional. Both Yolande and Llewellyn has followed up more than once to see if all is sorted. I appreciate that so much and I hope you value what you have in these guys :) This is the type of service that makes people brand loyal. Well for me at least. Keep it up!
