I'M PAYING FOR THE HIJACKED CAR THAT I DON'T HAVE THE INSURANCE REJECTED MY CLAIM

In 2018 August I bought a brand new car at West Rand Audi Everything went well and the dealer offered me to fit a tracker in my car and advised me that I'm not going to pay the the tracker on monthly basis I agreed because It was a relief, but I didn't know or even asked how was it going to be paid. Even the dealer didn't explain . Then the dealer Even arranged the broker for the insurance after I signed the documents and I agreed to the premium. with Vap-Sure insurance.

On 2021 may I got involved in an accident and I claimed to my insurer then they requested tracker report, I then asked the dealer to provide the report as was the one who had details or info, dealer sent me , I then forwarded to the insurer. They told me that the device is not the right one I have to upgrade. I then inform audi west Rand. The guy promised that they'll requested the certificate and fix it but I kept on reminding them and they kept on promising. The was fixed on that accident I received it back from the penal beater end of June 2021but the tracker was not yet attended by the dealer.

Things happened so fast. On the 7th August 2021my car 🚗 got hijacked The insurance rejected my claim due to their reasons being:the tracking device not reaching the requirements of insurance of which the they know about.

I then confront the dealer: The lady told me that they always help their clients with tracker installed but they don't use that device that was fitted in my car.

I asked her if she say so what made her to use that on my car She said I quote::: I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED I THINK SOMEBODY WOULD HAVE TOLD ME TO CHOOSE THAT ONE close, I asked her how said that because you didn't discuss anything with me and another thing I don't know anything about devices, she said just said she doesn't remember is being long time but this is only three 3 years and she said she doesn't have even the information in her computer because is old I just left because of that stupid answer.
