Frustrated customer

My name is Gugu. My car was brought in on Christmas Day after it stopped working. I have been told it needs a part that needs to be ordered which it will take 3 weeks.. that I understand. I was only told 3 days ago that I needed to wait and I am shocked that it will take me a month without a car to get any type of assistance and the worse part is that the consultants (Enock) that I am dealing with never provides me with any type of feedback
