Dont use Audi West Rand!!!

Pathetic service..My car was sent in for repairs in March 2024..I was told it was the fuel..paid for the repairs...done..1 week later the same problem returned..was told it is the turbo actuator..paid for the repairs done. We pick up the car..as we drive out of the dealership..the problem returned..engone light comes on..apparently they didnt sort on a specific switch..Sorted it out and left...However a month later the problem persists..based on the horrible service recieved and utter lack of customer service..from the Service advisor to Manager to Dealer Principal..I took the car to Audi Rivonia,only to be told that the actual problem was not fixed..the turbo flap was the problem and not the actuator..which I paid a heafty amount to West Rand for.First West Rand said it was the fuel and charged me for draining the fuel..then the next week the car went back and I was told its actually the actuator..and they "replaced" the actuator..only to find out it isnt the actuator.Now I try to get them to refund me for "fixing" something that was not broken..3 weeks later still no phonecall from the Service Manager Theunis..Since Audi West Rand moved to their new location..they service has gone down the drain..its through them that I will never buy another Audi!!
