Disgusting attitude from the Audi Westrand employee

Appalling customer service from a male employee working at Audi Westrand parts department. This person was extremely rude on the phone I was so disgusted. I wonder why such people are allowed to interact with customers when their customer service is so poor. I wonder why they have jobs in the first place. It's a pity I did not get his name.
