Disgusting

The dealership sucks big time,when takin the vehicle to them nothing gets checked properly and I recently requested a quite for a key which I realized now that I lost it or has been ****** because I moved placed that was on the 26th of November and yesterday I followed copied the head office and a certain Tebogo responded saying he didn't check his emails and might have lost sight of them to my surprise he read my emails because I do receive read receipt.Audi westrand u have set a bad tone for Audi as a bigger company then that small dealership and clearly care about ur personalized clientele,I could never refer anyone to ur dealership and post this hellopeter complaint I'm definitely going to other platforms.
