Bad service- false warranty promises

Bought a car in July 2019 through Boitumelo Langa at Audi Centre Westrand near Clearwater mall.In December 2019 which is 5 months after receiving the car ,it started giving me problems and didn't start,i the went to Midas to do a battery Test and the report showed that it was Bad and has to be replaced.

I then called Boitumelo asking her about the 2 year warranty which was said to cover mechanical and electrical components.Her feedback was that the battery is not covered because and the reason is that they take it as Negligence by the driver.

Negligence???the car is using the battery to kick off and move.how could a battery die in 5 months if it was in good condition? How long is a battery life if its new? And wat exactly is covered by the warranty? The vehicle is a 2016 grand i10 Im really not satisfied,not happy.
