Bad service and car sales from Audi west rand

My experience with Audi westrand has been the worst ever. December I purchased a car and five months after when I took it for a service there was an engine issue, luckily I had a warranty with it but realised they sold me a car with missing parts and no one is interested in assisting me I have been contacting the new management and they have dismissed me and always avoiding my calls

I would never ever buy a car from them and will not stop until they take this car back or give me a solution the service there is shocking for such a big company like Audi. I can’t believe they sell cars that have missing parts it’s shocking…
