Bad Service

On the 17th February I took my car to Audi Centre Westrand, did the service replace the oil. 2 days later the car said I must add oil, it is on min level. Apparently the oil plug was broken and needed to be replaced after it's been serviced 2 days ago! They could not fix my aircon rattling, cannot fix the rear taillights rattling. 2 March my engine light came on, apparently wrong reading from component inexhaust that must be order, so once again I must take off work and go fetch the car, bring it back the following morning and then fetch it again. They refuse a courtesy car. One would expect for all the poor service and inconvenience they could at least offer me a courtesy car. Mu opinion, stay away from Audi Westrand for service.
