Audi Westrand Service is Horrible

My Audi was towed in to Audi Westrand-Gearbox froze,couldn't select any gears. Upon arrival,briefed a technician as to what was wrong,giving him ALL THE DETAILS.I told him of 2 ISSUES with the car.No note was made.No Courtesy cars were available for a week (Audi service failure)<br> <br> Drove past after hours on same day & noticed car was still parked outside & hadn't been taken in.<br> During the entire week I was obligated to call Audi to get feedback on car, NOT ONCE was I called & updated,excuse given was number was taken down incorrectly
