Audi did me bad

Bought a car last year November at Audi west rand Q2 2021 model. On my arrival the quote was changed the amount was higher than what they gave me. On the day of collection the car It did not have a spare wheel, it was dirty, it had scratches , it had a white pain at the back of the bumper as if it was involved in an accident, the was no manual, no disk , no spare key etc. After a month it started showing me a message saying I should refill coolant. I phoned Audi and they came to collect the car, only to find out that the were loose crews and the radiator was tightened with a wire. The technician who diagnosed the car and sent me a quote of R16 988 and after Audi west rand forced to take the car from the Audi Middelburg that diagnosed my car. They kept on telling me problems one after the other and ended up giving me an invoice of more than R251 787 . It’s been 7 months and I am still paying for something that I don’t have it’s still stuck at the dealership. When I call Mr Jacque he said I should pay he instructed the warranty to issue me with an invoice and said it’s my problem. Mr Jacque does not care about clients and resolving clients complaints professionally all he cares about is himself. The fact that he agreed on changing the car for me and later on changed his mind it showed me that he was taking me for a fool… kindly note till date am paying for a car that I do not have… just because am a female they think they can do whatever they want
