Audi Centre Westrand vs Audi Centre Braamfontein!!!

I am not one for comparing services but I can't help on this one. I reported a mechanical issue with my insurer and they had advise that I take my car in at any Audi service center. I decided to take it to Audi Centre West Rand! I regret the first day I walked into that branch! It's been 3 months since I've awaited feedback. I've called more than 3 times and have been taken from one consultant to the other. I was told that the guy who was meant to work on my car had gone on course and that they'll identify another technician to take over. No wording from the centre. I then decided to follow up on the matter. I was asked to speak to a supervisor/manager. She had promised to look into the matter and get back to me. No feedback or whatsoever from her. It's now been over 3 months since I've waited their feedback.

I then called my insurer again to request for another assistance. I took my car in to Audi Centre Braamfontein. The service was amazing! Warm welcome and continuous update. Mr Kolo ensures that I stay updated on the progress of the work on my car. Their driver Ntate Les ensures that we remain safe throughout our journeys to our different destination. No words can express the amount of gratitude in my heart for your great service Team Audi Centre Braamfontein. You guys are simply the best and more. Thank you for your efficient and professional service. Reason I still want to remain part of the Audi family. Kudos!!!
