Poor service and deliberate removal of battery replaced with an older one

Poor service and money making scheme replacing my vehicle battery with an old battery ended up purchasing a new battery but the vehicle was brought to the Audi Centre without any battery issues only for oil and oil filter change, this costing the whole day being stuck at a mall after collecting the vehicle from service
