Horrible Service at Audi Centurion

Service was absolutely horrible, phoned Audi to find out what is happening with my vehicle and was just straight up told my service advisor is busy I must call back later or he will phone me I said ok please let him phone me back but nothing, I phoned again the next morning and asked for the quote I have requested and again I was told that he is busy with other customers, and he will phone me back but he does not phone back as promised so I asked to hold the service advisor after 8mins of holding, and then the phone was hanged up. I phoned again eventually I got through to him and asked for the quote he told me that he will send it know as I was waiting for the quote nothing was send as promised at around 10 o'clock. The following day the quote was send to me after waiting for it for môre than 4days.

On the day of fetching my Audi I smelled that someone has smoked in my car as well, this in unacceptable to smoke in my car and who knows how many other customers Audi's the smell is still in the seats and roof lining after 2days
