Dismal Service - Don't Bother

I've taken my Audi A1 to their business at least 3 times over the past few years for major services and general inquiries. They always forget to fill out my service book. They've charged me twice for something that should have been fixed the first time regarding a loose fuel line. They placed and charged for A5 wiper blades on my A1 car. Most of their staff stand around talking to each other instead of offering service, and if they do, it's with such dismal attitude. I don't bother with them anymore - I'd rather drive an extra 20 kilometres to go to Audi Menlyn where their service is professional.
