disappointed

Audi center centurion

I am very disappointed by the service I am getting from this center of a brand that I love so much. I took my car in early March, the service was good from the technicians to the service administrations lady, she kept me informed of the progress they’ve made and how far they are given the current circumstances of COVID19, the were doing a good Job. (impressive)

Collected my car a week later and a week after that I drove over 200km and it started with the same issue that I had taken it in for. Took it for a diagnostic and paid for it as I was out of Gauteng and on my return I call Audi centurion but was not successful in reaching the (1st disappointment). I eventually got hold of the serving manager who assisted in booking the care the next day (impressive I will admit), the bad service kicked in when I misses a call from then and I made efforts to call back and held on the phone for over 10min (2nd disappointment) 18/06/2020.

(3rd disappointment) no one called back the next day 19/06/2020 to give me feedback on what was wrong with my car, would the maintenance plan payout or how long would I have to wait until I get my car back but I gave them benefit of doubt as there could be delays of some sort. So I called back @09:00am 20/06/2020 thinking its early enough and I may be one of the first to call in, spoke to a gent and he said that he awaits an authorization but did not give me detailed feedback on what the issue is with the car (4th disappointment) the issue is the injectors that it, that’s all. I didn’t even know that he was to give me a quote until I called in today to follow up and I was asked if he called me to give me a quote. Oh, he is not in this week.

My question are, should I as a client be calling in for follow up’s? When an agent in away on leave, do we not get feedback until they are back? How do I trust your Centre if this is how you conduct your business? Why was your service on par with Audi standards with less stuff than it is with more?
