Clueless service employees and bad customer service

Really bad experience from their service department. Since my car is unable to drive try to arrange things telephonically like quotes. The various people answering at the service department sound like they know nothing about cars - always want to take details and call back, but here is the thing I told my car can't drive and I'm stranded yet I'm still waiting more than a day for Audi Center Centurion to call me back, and when I phoned next day, another clueless person answer and want to take my details to call me back. And nothing super technical, just about a car battery! I love Audi brand but promise I won't ever buy a car at Audi Center Centurion.
