Unprofessional Company

I am so frustrated with auction nation, I don't know why they use this old fashioned system, I wanted to bu a car at one of thier auction I pay deposit as per usual and the auction start and I am phoning thier useless phone every time it will tell you long story before taking you the person who you are contacting, and it will drop the call, you speak to the agents they will tell you they are waiting for finance!!!! Really from the start of the auction to the end waiting for finance people if they are so useless why don't you fire them and employ people who no how to do the work, I mean to allocate deposit is not like you are releasing a vehicle that is not paid, you are just allowing your Petrons to bid for cars. I buy cars from auctions on a daily basis, a nightmare of deposit is only at auction nation.
