Unfair Pratice by auction nation

Unfair practice by auction nation. What happened we had load reduction in the midrand while the auction was live and the network was very slow, while I was struggle to scroll up and dow and trying to refresh my phone it happened that I accidentally made a bid on the lot that I was not interested on. When I realised that I immediately phone Auction nation to inform them about it, and I was told to send an email to Bern steyn informing him about the situation of which I did. This guy was very rude and arrogant on his mail. The following day they send me a profoma invoice to make a payment, I responded on the email telling the lady that I spoke to Bern about this vehicle and ask him to cancel it because it was a mistake due to the network failure.

Few days later Bern Steyn decided to take my deposit and block my account. I never thought they can do something like that because I have been buy cars from them for a very long time , I bought 43 car from them I never cancelled a car since I started to buy from them.

I find this very unfair and unprofessional at all , I will continue buy from Gobid, Smd and auction operation because they dnt want to do business with me
