Terrible service

I've purchased a vehicle from auction nation on the 14th December 2022. Advert said vehicle starts. On collection of vehicle auction nations *********** staff at the Cornubia branch refused to look for the keys. I collected the vehicle and had to go back for the keys the next day. When we tried to start vehicle it refused to start. I called there manager Richard Corfield and he said to me bring back the vehicle he will do a refund. I paid a towing company a total of R7000 to tow. In January I spoke to Richard and he said his mechanic had started the vehicle. He never told me at any point to bring back the vehicle and he will get his mechanic to look at it. He insisted that I come fetch vehicle which I had to pay towing again. I tried on numerous occasions and his white management team never responds to emails. Clear they cover up for each other. Please be very careful when making purchases at there Durban branch.
