Terrible customer service

I have been dealing with Auction Nation for years now and for years I have been struggling with customer service!!!!! The contact number disconnect after 2 or 3 mins waiting to speak to someone and mind you I have tried all the option nothing seem to take you to speak to a agent or anyone that can assist .. I have sent a email on the 30 the 3 days ago no response ..bi tried to use the live chat option but I can't transferred from Tshepo to Carol then Rachel back and forth .. until I begged Rachel to assist she then kept me on hold for over 1 hour waiting for Finance department.. payment was made ..proof of payment was sent but there is no one to assist the client ..terrible and unacceptable behaviour !!!!!!
