Solstice ****** and recovered vehicle without informing on the auction

Bought vehicle from them toyota Fortuner 2020. Sold me as accident damage vehicle minewhile the vehicle is ****** and recovered. After knowing that the vehicle is ****** and recovered went to the branch at R21. And met the manager Bern to assist. They completely refused to assist and been telling me it's my fault that I have not looks at the vehicle. Before paid for it. How can I looks at the papers before purchased. As they holding the papers. And they complete refused to help. Very bad service
