Refund deposit

I app**** for my refund through my email , they ask me to send proof I did on 14 march through email since then auction nation decided to keep quite I was sending emails every day for 1 one week with no respond, I use my fuel on 22 MARCH 2024 they did not say anything they just made me fill form , the refund takes 7 to 10 days but on my case it's from 14 tiil now 02 April if I call they will transfer me to Carol and she won't respond my calls like why is so hard for auction nation to refund .,,,i will have have to leave what am doing and drive there because no answer or email 📧
