Poor Customer Service and *********** Stuff

I am so disappointed with the poor customer service from Auction Nation, I have made an Auction Deposit of R5000 on 1st Dec 2025, but up until now my deposit has not been allocated to my profile so that I can participate in an auction. Their customer service number is not going through when calling, I have been on back and forth emails with Sales stuff they keep on telling me that the matter is being looked at by Finance Department but no results so far.
