Please pay me my money
I had a bad experience with this company.I bought a 2018 hyundai elantra and the mileage was 29k..Before it reached 40k i was involved in an accident and my car was damaged on my right side fender..it wasnt a big damage at all..It happened in a bad time cos i just lost my child and i had nothing on me ..i was behind on rent and the situation in the house was bad..So i decided to sell my car to them and guess what..i tried to reason with them to come to my place and see the car but they refused and insisted i should send pics..i begged but they said they dont work like that..i bought my car 220k in cash and Auction Nation took it for just 80k..Even the guy who came to tow it was shocked cos seriously it never made any sense..A desperate man can take any decision to support his family and that's what i did..The guy i was talking to said to me if they see that its not badly damaged they will discuss with me and pay me something..When the car arrived to their premises the guy called me and seemed also shocked to see the car cos it was still new and the damage never even costed 20k to fix and he asked me questions that never made any sense..he asked me to send the payment slip to prove the car was in my name yet he was in the posession of my original Natis certificate that had my names and also had my id photo copies ...How can this company always seal the deal just by looking at the pics from a phone..Yes i agreed but i was desperate..Im still bleeding for my car until today..The guy even said to me my car still new and its not badly damaged and said he will discuss with his bosses to pay me more but until today nothing has been done..HG86KVGP was the registration number of my car..bought it at 220k but to be sold at 80k really..lost 140k ..SAD SAD SAD SAD
