"Pay Deposit" - Very Disappointed!

Dealing with Auction Nation is a nightmare! Paid an EFT deposit from my Nedbank account to their Nedbank account at 09h00 via EFT so it would clear instantly then immediately sent the pop via Auction Nation's live chat so I could bid for a vehicle at 14h00 of the same day. A consultant on live chat acknowledged receipt of my payment and promised to allocate it urgently as I had told her of my plan to participate on that day's auction. To cut the long story short, it's now 16h30 - the status on my profile on AN's website still says "Pay Deposit", needless to say I have missed out on the car I was targeting. Live chat had no answers for me so I was on the phone from 11h00-14h00 hoping to at least talk to someone from their finance/accounts department, but no one bothered to pick-up the phone, the few that did put me on hold or simply hung up on me.
