PATHETIC SERVICE

PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC .... one of our vehicles was written off and they are the salvage company. 3 months and the vehicle is still not in their name. I wanted to renew another vehicle license and due to their slow-go service, I cannot renew it due to this vehicle. They don't answer calls ... you might get the receptionist if you are lucky but after that all you hear is it ringing in your ear. Places like this should not be allowed to deal with insurance brokers as they put us in an unfair situation. I now need to take out the license with penalties to ensure my other vehicle can be on the road ... grrrrrrr
