Missing parts

My vehicle was towed by my insurer and was kept in your permises after my claim was rejected i came to collect the vehicle only to find out that some parts were missing in the vehicle and more further damage was done to the vehicle. Bettery was changed the whole bumper was smashed front lights were changed.

Why do agree to keep vehicles in your permises if you cant take care of them.

When i insisted on leaving the vehicle because i could not believe it was mine, i wanted to soeak to Renasa first i was told it will be left outside the gate.

I did provide proof but response as yet
