*********** Managing staff. Bern

Unhappy customer, So call Management have no idea how to manage day to day operation and issues that customers are experiencing.

I had purchase a ford ranger from this organization on auction. The add clearly stated the vehicle is a starter unit. After payment and couriering the vehicle to durban branch it was evident the vehicles does not start. In addition the vehicle has no vin sticker on the cab which is breach of the resale agreement. A Employee by the name of Bern Styn Indicates that I would have to take the vehicle as ot is as the company is a salvage organization. In addition he does not respond going a month to myself and the mail sent by my attorney.

Clearly know that this is false advertising and a breach of customer act he still persist to ignore my mail.

I seems that Bern Styn is doing this to multiple customers taking into account the reviews of unhappy customers.

Could auction nation please remedy this poor and incompetence of your staff. He seems to be tarnishing your organization credibility.

Please could i urgent get a competent managing stuff to please assist me else we will be force to litigate with punitive cost.
