How auction nation don’t want to refund me my deposit for almost a month

I am very disappointed with the way auction nation is not refunding me I’ve requested for a refund of my 5000 deposit on the 14th Aug today is the 5th September but I still haven’t received my refund I’ve been calling every single day but am begging and being **** to like a fool on Monday they system was down that’s wat the lady said which was not true and a lot ppl got paid on the same day on Tuesday 2 sep I was told the refund was done and I should wait for it to reflect but nothing came on Wednesday 3 sep lady tells me sorry they was a mistake and the refund was only done Wednesday so it will reflect Thursday Thursday came the 4th of September and nothing came I called again asking for proof of payment of payment was done no one could provide with the proof of payment and the lady just tells me there’s no one replying to her from the finance team is this how am going to just be ****med with my deposit I’ve provided all my statements proof of payment as well as my account statement but nothing seems to be happening it’s now almost a month and I haven’t got my refund I will surely take this further if I am not refunded and most definitely sue for this cz clearly they policy states refund are made within 7to 10 days mines almost a month and I don’t have any clue or proper explanation
