Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Don't Deposit

Please do not use this platform!!!

Firstly they are very quick to request a deposit and the platform is not user friendly. After I made a deposit at the beginning of December, I bid on a vehicle, the bid was there for a few hours then it just disappeared and I was the only 1 bidding on the vehicle.

Seeing that it's not going anywhere, I requested a refund. There is no button for refund on the site but there is a deposit button. I called a Lady called Cindy to request for a refund and they just laughed at me. I went personally to their offices in Centurion and I was told it's their day for a Christmas party and it was just a joke for me to be requesting my refund.

I still haven't received my refund and no one is answering my emails.
