Frustration Nation

Just like the previous reviewers state. Dealing with these guys is a nightmare, they should rather not operate as an online business if they don't want to.

I've made numerous calls (at least 10, happy to provide evidence) to their ***and not a singe answer (ever). You are put on hold and the call cuts exactly after 5 minutes.

Added to this, there's not a single email address listed on their site so one is then forced to use their "live chat" which feels more like the lotto cause you never know what you'll get.

First it was getting them to confirm they received my payment. They somehow didn't so I had to email it to their call centre team to then forward to their mysterious and secretive finance dept.

Then it was getting them to confirm if they've received the vehicle's registration documents. Sent the question to their live chat team and got ignored, I've just sent it again this morning and seems I've been blue ticked again.

Then it was requesting for my deposit refund. There's no option for this on their site so I had to once again ask the live chat team how this is done, a pdf document was sent to me. I asked who do I then send this form to. An email address is given. I print the form, fill and sign. Send to the address, guess what it doesn't exist. I ask again who do I send this to and they realise they sent me the wrong address. Send again, guess what the guy is on leave.

As an online business (that deals with large sums of money) you'd expect one of their key objectives is to ensure their customers are kept in the loop and assisted whenever possible but with them it feels like they just want to intentionally frustrate you.

I guess I'll have to keep waiting...
