false advertising, misleading
i purchased a BMW E90 2011 on auction nation johanesburg. the ad stated starter with 73 000km on the clock. upon recieving the car it has not started the and has 171 000km on the clock. reported the matter to auction nation an they advised they will get back to me the next day it has been 1 week 2 days no response to this matter.This is a Breach of the consumer protection act an not good customer service aswell as misleading the client.
