extremely bad service

i contacted auction nation to sell my car for me. i signed the contract on the 22nd of September and till date they only put the car on auction once. the consultant Faith Mauchaza, sent me a whatsapp today to say i must come collect my car because they will not put it on a second auction even though the contracts states that they will. She also threatens with storage charges if i don't come pick it up asap. i have asked her numerous times for her manager's contact details as she claims that her manager is the one that decided not to put it back on auction. She refuses to give me the information. called their call centre now at 13:30 and they just keep transferring me to numbers where no one answers.
