Dissatisfied customer

I am a first time buyer, I made a deposit of R5000.00 to bid and hopefully to get the car I need for business.

Yes I made a bid but I wasn't aware that if you bid and don't buy a car your money will be taken. I believe it's unfair business and I'm not happy about this. I don't qualify to buy a decent car and I thought I will get a car from you guys and fix it and that's how you treat people who are poor. I am going to seek advice about this hopefully someone will help me.
