Deposit refund
Their deposit refund policy says 7 to 10 working days but it is now way over 10 days and every time I call in, I am told that their system has challenges or was hacked. This to me is very unprofessional as their system never has issues when receiving money from customers.

Word of advise for big companies like yourself, always offer your customers a formal communication and give a commitment date on when they must expect their issue to be resolved. I can’t be waiting for my refund to be effected like I am waiting for Jesus to come back.
