Deposit not paid

What a shady company they dont respond to your emails, im trying to get my refund from them because i never found a car on auction. It took me 2 weeks just to let them respond on how to get my refund, after i send them all my documents im still waiting on feedback, its already 12 working days since they received it, they have little to no communication im so disgusted by this service and my deposit is still not paid.
