Deposit gone and still cannot bid or get my deposit refunded
Pathetic web development for such a big online platform. The website requests you to pay a deposit by logging into your bank account via the website, it deducts the money from your account and then goes back to the initial pay page and requests you pay a deposit to bid on a vehicle. This has wasted my time and has taken my money. The online webchat support staff take more than 15 minutes to reply and offer no help whatsoever and then end the chat on you. All I want is my deposit to be refunded back. But I am unable to get ahold of anyone from auction nation, by phone or webchat. Nothing works. Please run far away and find another auction house that has professional infrastructure.

21 Feb 2022, 09:10Hi, I requested a refund on the 9th of February 2022, today is the 21th of February 2022 and I have recieved nothing as yet. Your online agent Tshepo advised it would reflect into my account the very next day. Also your agent Luke does not reply to my emails. It's been 2 weeks now and I would like to have my money back.
