I got the shock of my life. I made a deposit of 5000 rand to join online auction on vehicle. I was give a note that deposit is refundable. I bid for BMW and Tiber on seperate on occasion. I was informed that I made I successfully bid and an invoice was send to me with taxes and other fees which I deemed to much . I asked them to cancel the invoices since I am not able to purchase the vehicles and I requested for a refund on my deposit.

I got the shock of my life that I must pay for the invoices the I get my deposit.

On Saturday morning I visited the auction at Centurion and I didn't like the Tiber especially the interior which was so horrible.

So today I was told you cannot get your deposit until you pay for the invoices. Honestly how can I pay for something that I can't afford and I don't want.

As a inspecting customer I am forced to pay for the vehicle and the storage for something that is not mine. I understand at auction if the first bidder doesn't pay isn't to given to the second bidder.

I feel robed by this kind of business practice. Today there is an agent who called me and said I must pay for the invoices first then you get your deposit before I even explain she hangs up.

Auction Nation please I deserve better and please put it in writing and I am looking for closure on this case. I am being forced to pay for something that I don't want.

Please refund my money stop *****ing money from innocent customers.
