Customer service is non existant

I am appalled at the disgusting service I have been getting from this bogus company,you sight a complaint to management and it falls on deaf ears ,they have a switch board that doesn't even operate cause when u call you do not get through(I've seen them put their phones on mute the time onwa there!!!I spend over 500 k on them but clearly they s not value their customers, I'm so ****ed,they blocked my app and I am not able to bid!!I cant drive all the way there to get assistance
