cars with no papers

purchased a code 2 vehicle from auction nation. paid and collected the vehicle. was told my papers will follow in a few days. been calling for 3 weeks now and the call centre doesn't know whats happening with my papers. every time i ask to speak to a manager, they are unavailable. i finally get a call back to say that I must bring my vehicle in and they will do some assessment and get my papers. my vehicle is a non- runner. who is going to pay for the towing back and forth? this is utter nonsense. i want what i paid for. vehicle was advertised as a code 2 with papers thats what i expect.
