Careless employees damage cars at Auction Nation Centurion

My car was towed to Auction Nation Centurion on Friday, 19 January 2024, as instructed by Dial Direct. I fetched it on Monday 22 January 2024. My exhaust pipe is loose now, the part that holds the tow bar is damaged and the are clear scratches at the bottom of the car caused by the fork lifter they use to move cars. The people who lift cars are careless and don't care about the damages they cause to people's cars.
