Bad sevice / empty promises / incompatent staff /***** fast to take my money slow to provide the smallest of service as just to allocate fund into my profile on order to bid for an auction

Good day so this morning I made a parent threw the system they have set up on Their website I have had to call them the hole day not the call center or the accounts department know what is going on I had been promised calls back and feed back on this matter and still now the send of the day and I have not had my fund allocated to my account and just to think this is a deposit imagine the frustration one would go threw after purchasing of a vehicl..

I am sadden that there is compays out there that Cary out business as I have experienced from auctio. Nation today alone and what saddens me most is that they claim they the leading auctioneers in South Africa but I can prove that is not true as I have been doing business with other auction company for many years and never have I faced such complications as I have today alone from auction nation..

•Empty promises from account department and call center to get call back from them. •Very fast to take my money have to fight the hole day just to get it alocated to my profile for auctio the tomorrow. • got told lies from the call center telling me they working with account then when I speak to account they don't know nothing about it. •get told by the account department she doesn't now what the hell to do as she doesn't work in the call center and get told by the call center they don't work in account as if I work for auction nation. •have to deal with incompatent people and empty promises only for them to wait for the end of day so they can go home and leave me in the dark when the auctio. Is tomorro. •wouldnt recommend anyone deal with this company as just my first experience to pay a deposit has been a crazy rolacoster ride and still noone know anything so I highly recommend people of the public the leading auctioneers and action nation is not one of them stick to SMD and auction Operations been dealing with them for years good deal great service no complications and have never been **** to by Thier staff and I have never had the feeling from them that I was getting robed as auction nation has made me feel.
