Bad service

The worst experience ever…..me and and my cousin opened a joint profile under auction nation and we payed a deposit of R5000 on the the 11th of March till today we haven’t got any feed back of activating our account to go live on bidding or to refund our initial deposit …the main branch don’t answer their calls ….we been desperately calling the centurion branch they also tried to help us with no avail ……now we are being told to go to kempton park , what’s the point of having an online application process if then in the end we will be required to go to their offices in the first place ……..the worst experience ever ……they should be investigated because countless of people have been complaining about the same issue , it only occurred to me after I started to search for reviews that they have bad a bad habit of dwindling people off of their monies ….I wouldn’t Recommend, but I still think they should be held accountable by the relevant authorities.🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮😡😡😠😠 appalling service
