Bad service as always

Auction nation account department Is horrible. I purchased a car and I over paid.i was told if I buy another car the amount will be transferred to the new invoice. I have been waiting for 2days with out a feed back.this is not acceptable. If you call the customer care number of head office. No one answer.this is bad.people need to be fired if they can't do there job.very soon go bid will take over auctionnation.as there service is better.they value there client
