Bad customer service/ ******

The management of this company is the worst ever, they have no customer care and they always make it feels like they want to rob you, i bought 2 cars on 13th September 2019, i completely paid both on 22nd of September 2019, having 6days storage fee, minus the 3 days window payment period. After completing my payment which i paid directly over fnb atm, i was told payment wasnt received, for almost 5 days they kept telling me payment not received or cleared, then on 30th September i was informed that payment has cleared but i will have to pay 14days storage fees. I then said i cant pay 14days storage fee because i paid on 22nd of September over atm and i kept phoning everyday but their finance department claimed payment wasnt received which i surely believe was a pure lie. How can a payment made over fnb atm into their fnb account not clear. I told them am going to pay storage fee but minus 5days which is their own issue, instead of addressing that the lady by Annamarie was so rude and kept telling me they will cancel the bid and take 5000 from payment i made and also take storage fees for 15days from my money, what nonesense customer service is that, they forgot they cant sell to themselves. Smd will never charge you for storage, smd payment reflects automatically after 5mins. When i paid deposit to bid on vehicle, they acknowledge receiving the deposit and activated my account to bid immediately but when i paid fir car it took over 5 days for them to receive money i paid over atm and gave them proof of payment. This is the worst vehicle auction company ever, they are only after robbing you and not your satisfaction, better buy from smd or other auction hoise please. Plus they sell ****ty cars with not revealing bad part of the car.
