Auction nation the most usless company.

Today is day number 12 since I requested my deposit, seemingly my money is not important with me only with them, I phone them all week last week no answer, today I manage to speak to one lady, I requested the manager to escalate the matter, but I am told management does not deal with clients! the clients that pay them, I am really fed up with Auction nation they are the most unprofesional company I have ever delt with, now I am told there was documents missing, really when did you realize that? Now when I amasking why is my money on the account as per thier ****y promise? I send this documents that they say it was missing but they did not find it neccesary for them to call and tell me about missing documents, what a **** unprofessional company!! I will never again in my life purchase a vihicle from this ******* company, as a client you dont matter nothing they have sold you car, taken your money and now you have to beg them to return your deposit back. I told this person I need that money I am stranded she tell me she is not in a rush, yaa dam you are not in a rush you pathetic idiot, it is me who is in a rush. I am fed up.
